Cindy - Just want to tell you that the food was a hit at the Kentucky Derby party this weekend! Everyone loved everything - it was all just so good!! And so easy for me : ) - I actually ended up picking the winner of the race and I am attributing that to the fact that I had time to study the racing form and wasn't worrying about getting dinner prepared! I bought the Mac & Cheese from you today after the WBON meeting in Williston. My boyfriend and I just finished the whole tray. It was too good to stop. John cooks every night and is a food snob and he absolutely loved it. I tried to play it off like I made it, and he said I could never make anything this good (lovingly joking). (1/6/10)
